Stitch and Archwest to collaborate on building a custom solution that allows for the following functionality:
It is expected that the matching criteria will be limited to up to five (5) pieces of data to match / specify against
It is expected that the items on a loan will be visible only if the person logging in is assigned those items to complete

Portal Scope

In order to drive the workflow forward and provide additional workflow automation, Stitch anticipates building out a portal to facilitate this experience. The objective of this piece of scope is to provide a meaningful portal that prospects, and clients can use whenever they’re engaging with the team. It is anticipated that the portal will consist of the following elements:
  • User Provisioning
  • Standard Homepage & NavigationS
  • Standard UI / UX with some tweaking to ensure appropriate brand alignment
  • Document Checklist Automation & Visualization

Closer Integration Scope

Integration Synopsis: The purpose of this integration is to support a seamless transition from Salesforce ‘top of funnel’ activities into the Closer processing and underwriting workflow. Stitch anticipates leveraging the Closer API to generate a Loan File within the Closer platform in support of automating and standardizing the data surrounding:

FCI Integration Scope

FCI - Loan Boarding Real Time Integration

Integration Synopsis: The purpose of this integration is to initiate the Entity, Loan, Contact, and Collateral creation within FCI; after which, a Loan Boarding individual will finalize and fully book the loan to FCI. The following data is expected:
  • Entities

FCI - Closed Loan Batch

Integration Synopsis: The purpose of this integration is to ‘close the loop’ on originated loans from Salesforce. After the loan closes and funds, this integration is anticipated to pull all necessary Servicing Loan data to Salesforce and close out the related Salesforce Opportunity. Stitch anticipates the following data being integrated from FCI in this Batch
  • Key Loan Details & Activity
  • Key Collateral / Property Details
  • Key Loan Contacts / Parties
  • Summarized Servicing details pertinent to Producers
Integration Method: Direct API:API Integration
Integration Direction: Uni-directional, Salesforce to FCI
Integration Frequency: Batch, frequency to be determined by data availability and business need

Training & Dashboard Scope

  • Account / Contact ownership and Team Model definition / automation
  • Ability to kick off prospecting from an existing REO detail or newly ID’d property / relationship
  • Ability to manage early pipeline activities, initial qualification and diligence workflows
  • Ability to track, manage, and forecast based on existing and anticipated sales processes.
  • Ability to review all previous opportunities against a customer/prospect to understand overall relationship and prior engagements
  • Ability to track key parties, fees, and due-diligence-related items within a single page view
  • Ability to run initial due diligence activities and track key dates / deliverables related to the diligence process
  • Ability to track individual calls, emails, events, or notes related to any item in Salesforce
  • Ability to automate key activities based on system action
  • Stitch to implement Salesforce Inbox to allow for auto-logged emails, scheduling functionality, and send later functionality
  • Salesforce Inbox Mobile App configuration to support auto-logging calls and emails when using the app

Assumptions & Out of Scope (1 of 2)

All Services requests should be submitted by the Product Owner or a designated single point of contact. The client will be provided access to a shared Backlog of work in a Clickup List for issue tracking and backlog management.
The Client will provide Stitch with continuous access to necessary Salesforce Production and Sandbox Salesforce environments with administrative privileges. Additionally, Client will provide Stitch with continuous access to necessary servers with appropriate permissions to develop local integrations if necessary.
Stitch assumes enabling the Integration will suffice for the majority of the necessary data migration – initial data migrations can also be done to seed the systems with records for linking/reporting if necessary.
Assumes processes are clearly identified during the Discovery portion of this project and are able to be documented collaboratively.
Integration will not be required to go through a VPN in order to facilitate the integration requirements.
Assumes any files to be migrated or integrated are provided in a mutually agreeable format and stored/placed in a mutually agreeable location
Assumes all APIs are publicly available and well documented to support seamless knowledge transfer.

Assumptions & Out of Scope (2 of 2)

Assumes data volumes will be limited from a business perspective in order to comply with Closer and FCI API limits.
Assumes Archwest will coordinate access to Closer and FCI support channels for Stitch to partner with and provide a collaborative solution.
Data to be migrated will not require data cleansing or deduplication beyond standard data ingestion best practices.
Assumes all current integration targets have modern APIs and current licensing supports access to necessary APIs.
The following areas are understood to be out of scope for this project
  • Handoff to delivery team
  • Delivery team understand the project goals and objectives
  • Project Plan is created and informs project timeline, scope, and resourcing
  • Critical project meetings are planned for and scheduled

Project Deliverables

In order to ensure Archwest Capital is able to maintain and scale this solution, Stitch anticipates providing the following deliverables at the conclusion of this engagement:
  • Product Backlog – delivered in the form of a story map, clickup backlog, or other mutually agreeable document, the backlog comprises the full scope of work product delivered and scheduled to be delivered in subsequent phases.
  • Recorded Training or Training Decks depending on the preferred method of delivery.
  • Integration Design Document – delivered in the form of a word or google doc, the Integration Design Document (IDD) serves as an artifact to the Archwest team and highlights integration points, key decisions, design considerations and ultimately the agreed upon integration design.

Rules of Engagement

  • Managing the Backlog and Sprints entirely through ClickUp
  • 30 minute standup on Tuesday/Thursday
  • Feedback from User Testing will be received within ClickUp
  • Archwest team will receive invites to the Stitch ClickUp

Sprint Cadence

  • Weekly 60 minute backlog refinement session with entire Archwest team
  • 30 minute standup on Tuesday/Thursday
  • Goal of standup is to identify and remove blocke
  • Sprint review at end of the build sprint
  • Review of completed stories Demo of completed functionality
  • Archwest team will receive invites to the Stitch ClickUp
  • Testing
  • Archwest will test functionality as it is assigned in clickup
