Marketing Intern

Run real B2B marketing with the founder: topic research, SEO and GEO, content operations, and LinkedIn for a software company serving lenders and funds.

Unpaid internship, 3 to 6 months, with real work exposure. Rolling start dates.

The work

What you'll do.

  • Work directly with the founder on how Codiot shows up online, from search and the blog to LinkedIn.
  • Research blog topics: the questions buyers ask Google and AI assistants, and the gaps our coverage has not filled yet.
  • Help with SEO and GEO (generative engine optimization): keyword research, on-page checks, and shaping pages so Google and AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity can find and cite them.
  • Run content operations for the blog: scheduling posts, checking links, and keeping the publishing calendar on track.
  • Plan and publish LinkedIn posts, and learn which ones actually start conversations.
  • Pull campaign, search, and website analytics into a short read of what worked and what did not.
  • Learn the fundamentals by doing them: writing for a specific reader, measuring what happened instead of guessing, and explaining your numbers in plain words.
You

What we're looking for.

  • You write clearly, and you read what others write with a critical eye.
  • Curiosity about business audiences and the problems they are trying to solve.
  • Curiosity about how people search, on Google and in AI tools, and why some pages get found while others never do.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and basic numbers; you want to know whether something worked.
  • Something you have written or grown: a blog, a newsletter, a page, a club's social account.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad for the internship.
Apply

Throw your hat in.

Name and mobile number are enough to start; a resume (PDF) and LinkedIn profile help us move faster. We reply to every serious application within a week.

01

Show us your work

A repo, an app, a campaign, a write-up: something you're proud of. That starts the conversation better than any resume.

02

Build something small

A paid, scoped exercise close to real work. No whiteboard algorithms from 2009.

03

Meet the team

You interview us too. Meet the people you'd ship with before either side commits.

Your application goes straight to the team, not into a tracking system.
