Order-to-cash automation & software

Orders slip through the cracks between your CRM, ERP, and finance team, and every gap costs you a collection cycle. We build the software that closes them.

What is order to cash (OTC)?

Order to cash (OTC) is the process from customer order to collected payment. Codiot builds and integrates the software that removes the manual steps in it: order capture, fulfillment handoff, invoicing, and collections, wired into the systems you already run.
The moment you're probably in

You'll recognize one of these.

The re-entry tax

Orders get keyed into the CRM, then keyed again into the ERP, then reconciled by hand at month-end because the two never agreed to begin with.

The invoice lag

Fulfillment finishes on Tuesday. The invoice goes out a week later because someone has to notice, assemble, and send it manually.

The collections guessing game

Nobody has a clean, current view of what's overdue, so collections calls happen on gut feel instead of data.

What we build

Order to cash (OTC), end to end.

Order capture

A single point of entry that pushes clean order data to fulfillment and finance at once.

Fulfillment sync

Real-time status between warehouse or delivery systems and the order record.

Automated invoicing

Invoices generated and sent the moment fulfillment confirms, not whenever someone remembers.

Collections dashboard

A live view of aging receivables, so outreach is targeted, not guessed at.

ERP and CRM integration

Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, and similar systems, connected instead of duplicated.

Reporting

DSO, cycle time, and collection rate, tracked automatically instead of assembled by hand.

FAQ

Common questions, answered plainly.

What does OTC stand for?
OTC stands for order to cash, the process from a customer placing an order through to your company collecting payment for it.
How much does OTC automation cost?
It depends on how many systems need to be integrated and how much of the process is currently manual. We map your current flow first, then quote a fixed scope.
Do you replace our ERP or work with it?
We integrate with your existing ERP and CRM in the large majority of cases. Replacing a functioning ERP is rarely the right first move.
How long does an OTC project take?
A focused first release (covering the worst bottleneck) typically ships in 8-12 weeks, with the full process automated over 4-6 months.
What systems do you integrate with?
Most commonly Salesforce, NetSuite, and SAP, alongside payment processors and shipping or fulfillment platforms.
