The short, honest version: this site collects what you type into its forms, uses it to reply to you, and nothing else.
What we collect
This site collects only what you type into its two forms. The contact form asks for your name, work email, company, budget range, and a project description. The careers application form asks for your name, mobile number, and optionally your email, LinkedIn profile URL, and a PDF resume.
We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone. Server logs kept by our hosting provider record standard technical details such as IP address and requested pages, used for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
Form submissions are delivered by email to the Codiot team so we can reply to your inquiry or application. That is the whole purpose: we use your details to respond to you, and to nothing else. We do not add you to newsletters or marketing lists.
Who processes it
Form submissions are transmitted through Resend, our email delivery provider, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both act as processors for the data described above. Your submission ends up in our team mailboxes, where it is retained like ordinary business correspondence.
Your choices
If you want a submission corrected or deleted, email info@codiot.com and we will handle it. We reply within 2 business days.
