How solid is your lending stack?

This assessment is for the people who run a lending operation day to day: COOs, heads of operations and servicing, and the CTOs who hold the systems together. It asks fifteen questions across five dimensions, origination workflow, data and loan tape, integrations, compliance and audit trails, and reporting and AI readiness, and it takes about three minutes.

When you finish, each dimension is placed in one of four bands, Fragile, Functional, Solid, or Strong, with a two-sentence reading of what that band means in practice and one piece of further reading to start with. You also get an overall read that names the area holding your stack back most. Your results appear on screen and arrive by email once you add your name and email address.
